TED-X at KPU

In September 0f 2014,  O.R.G.A.S.M Lab member Jenn Clark gave a TED-X talk on “Homophobic Humour” at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. We are very proud of Jenn’s momentous achievement.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxKPU, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxKPU event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. For more information check out the TEDxKPU website and The Richmond Review’s feature.
